Flax, Yogurt, and Fruit Bowl

Flax, Yogurt, and Fruit Bowl – use banana, apple or berries.

  • 1 C low-fat or non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbs flax seeds
  • ½ C fresh sliced fruit, such as banana, apple or berries.

Combine the flax seed with the yogurt and pour over fruit.
