Satisfying Breakfast Shake

Satisfying Breakfast Shake – healthy to drink and quick to make!

  • 1 C coffee, cold
  • 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla or chocolate
  • 1/2 C coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs Flax Seed Meal
  • Sweetener to taste
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
